Anvl supports current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. Make sure one of those options is the browser are you are using for Anvl.
If you are getting an error message when you login to the web portal, it can mean a few different things. The steps below should help you troubleshoot.
How To Troubleshoot
Log out and log back in
Open a new tab or different browser
Try typing https://insights.anvl.com manually. See if you can login (not by clicking a bookmark or link)
Try hard refresh (holding down shift and hitting "refresh") when loading the login page
Go to insights.anvl.com/diagnostics and capture a screenshot of what you see. Then send via chat or email to Anvl Support (support@anvl.com)
