You can share a PDF of a completed workflow directly from the ANVL mobile app using the Share feature. The file is generated as a PDF and shared through your device’s available apps (email, Slack, Teams, etc.).
Answer
Open the completed workflow in the ANVL mobile app and use the Share icon to send the PDF through your preferred app.
Steps
Open the ANVL mobile app.
Select the completed workflow you want to share.
Note: If using Work Folders, open the Work Folder to the Work Details screen. Then, select the workflow.
If you do not see it, tap See More to view the full list.
Tap the Share icon in the upper-right corner.
The icon appears as a box with an arrow pointing upward.
Choose how you would like to share the PDF (Email, Slack, Teams, Trello, etc.).
Send the completed workflow PDF using your selected app.
