Anvl users can easily share a PDF of a completed workflow by using "Share" from the completed workflow screen.
Steps
Go to the Work Details screen in the Anvl app
Select a workflow - if you don't see the Workflow you'd like to share, press "See More" and select from the full list of Workflows
Find the "Share" icon in the upper right corner and press. The icon is a box with an arrow going through the top
Select how you'd like to share the Workflow PDF. Pressing the "Share" icon will load your device's email or other apps your company uses, like Slack, Trello, Teams, etc.
Send the completed PDF using the tool of your choice
