Answer

After a workflow is completed, it cannot be moved to a different Work Folder. To keep related work together, make sure you open the correct folder before starting the workflow.

Steps

Start work in the correct folder

  1. Open ANVL.

  2. Open the Work Folder you want to use.

  3. Select Start Workflow.

  4. Complete and submit the workflow in that folder.

View work already in the folder

  1. Open the Work Folder.

  2. Review workflows, photos, videos, and other activity from the Work Details screen.

  3. Select See More if you need to view additional workflows.

Share the folder with others

  1. Open the Work Folder.

  2. Select the Person icon under the folder name.

  3. Add other employees in your group, if that option is available.

Additional Details

  • Completed workflows cannot be moved to a different Work Folder.

  • A Work Folder is used to keep related workflows and activity together for the same job or task.

  • Adding workflows to the same folder can make it easier to track progress, review media, and share work with others.

  • If you need work associated to a different folder, start the workflow from that folder before completing it.
