How can I export/download workflow data?

This guide will walk you through the steps to export your workflow data from the ANVL Manager Dashboard.

Steps to Export Workflow Data:

  1. Navigate to the Live Feed:

  2. Set Date Filter:

    • You can set the date filter from the Live Feed before clicking export or do it after clicking export.

    • To set the filters before exporting, choose the desired date range and select the relevant groups.

    • Remember, you can export up to 31 days of data at a time.

  3. Set Other Filters Before Export:

    Before selecting export, you should set up the following optional filters:

    1. Stops, Interventions, and Flags

    2. Workflow Type(s)

    3. Workflow Status(es)

    4. User(s)

    5. Review Status(es)


    These filters should be set up in the Live Feed before you proceed to the export step.

  4. Select Export:

    • Click on the green Export button.

  5. Apply Date & Group Filters:

    • If you did not set the date filters before, you can do so now in the export dialog.

    • You can only select multiple groups in the Export window. The group filter will default to the current group you are in.

  6. Initiate Export:

    • After applying the date and group filters, click on Export.

    • A notification will pop up indicating that the export is in progress.

  7. Receive Email Notification:

    • Once the export is ready, you will receive an email with a download link.

    • The email will include the start and end dates of the data and the selected groups.

  8. Download the CSV File:

    • Click on the Download Here link in the email to download your data as a CSV file.

Your workflow data is now exported and ready for your analysis. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our support team.
