Shop Manager Responsibilities
Account creation for shop managers
Shop Managers can be created by either a Merchant Owner or a Merchant Operator.
If no specific shop location is selected during creation, managers will have access to all shops under the merchant account.
Creating Clerk Accounts
Shop Managers can create clerk accounts through the Create User UI.
Managers overseeing multiple shops can add clerks to any of their managed locations.
Managers assigned to a specific shop can only add clerks to that particular location
Creating and Managing QR Codes
Shop Managers are responsible for generating QR codes for:
Registering new customers to Anyday
Processing checkout orders at payment terminals
To download a QR code:
Locate the desired QR code in the list
Click the download link under the Action column
Select your preferred print size and language
Download the PDF containing the QR code
Shop Manager Tips
Label each QR code clearly with its designated checkout counter or purpose.
Train clerks on which QR codes to use for their specific positions.
Consider creating backup QR codes for busy checkout areas.
