Dispute unauthorized transactions

If you don't recognize a transactions, please take these steps before getting in touch with us.

Lock your card

  1. Tap the Card icon in the menu bar of your app

  2. Tap the lock button under your AnyDay card.

This stops anyone from continuing to use your card. You can unlock your card at any time.

Check the transactions details

  1. Check if you recognize any of the details – the merchant, date or time of the transactions.

  2. Have you recently give your card details to someone you know?

Dispute the transaction

If you still don't recognize the transaction, please report it so we can help you investigate.

  1. Download and print the Dispute form.

  2. Fill out the form with all relevant receipt/communication documents supporting your dispute.

  3. Upload the form via chat along with a screenshot of the unauthorized transaction(s) in your app.

Heads up: You can only dispute card transactions. It doesn't apply to transfers.
