Finland
Your real-time total balance and payment details are available in the app.
Open the Anyfin app.
Tap Pay now or Make extra repayment.
Check your total remaining balance — it updates daily due to accruing interest, so check it on the day you plan to pay.
Pay the amount via your own bank using the account number and reference number shown in the app (same as your monthly invoice).
You'll receive a confirmation email once the payment has been registered (1–3 banking days).

Sweden
Contact us to request a final invoice — we need to know your intended payment date to calculate the exact amount. The invoice will include 2 extra business days to account for transfer time.
Pay on the date you specified. If you need to pay later, contact us for a new invoice. If you decide not to pay, just ignore it — there's no payment obligation and your loan simply continues on the regular schedule.
After we receive the payment, you'll be notified and the loan will disappear from the app. No further charges will be made, with one exception: if you have a Trygghetsförsäkring (income protection insurance), it continues separately after the loan is paid off. You can cancel it in the app under Profile → Insurance → Manage policy → Cancel insurance.
Germany
Your current balance is always visible in the app — no formal document needed if you're paying off the loan yourself.
If you need an official payoff letter (Ablöseschreiben) — for example, because another bank is refinancing your Anyfin credit or you need written confirmation for a third party — contact us at hallo@anyfin.de or via chat in the app. Let us know:
Your desired payoff date (ideally 1–2 weeks ahead)
Whether you'd like the letter by email (PDF)
Which credit, if you have more than one
The letter is free. The stated amount is valid until the specified date — if you miss it, transfer an extra €5–10 to cover any accrued costs.
Once the full balance is received, we'll send a confirmation email and the loan will appear as closed in the app. You don't need to cancel anything.
