Payment-free month

A payment pause lets you skip one month's invoice. You can request it directly in the Anyfin app after your invoice has been generated.

How to apply

In the app, go to your loan and look for the payment pause option. You can't apply before that month's invoice is available — see the article in your language above for the exact date.

Conditions

You can apply if all of the following are met:

  • You've been a customer for at least 3 months and paid your first 3 invoices.

  • You've used fewer than 2 payment pauses in the last 12 months (not a calendar year).

  • There are at least 2 paid invoices between any two pauses.

  • You have no overdue invoices.

  • If you've recently refinanced a new loan, the first invoice(s) for that loan must be paid.

  • You apply before the invoice due date — not after.

If any condition isn't met, the pause can't be activated.

What does a payment pause cost?

⚠️ A payment pause is not free. Interest continues to accrue during the pause and is added to your outstanding balance. In practice:

  • Your next month's invoice will be slightly higher.

  • Your loan term is extended by one month.

  • Your total loan cost increases compared to the original repayment plan.

Use it when it genuinely helps — not as a routine option when money is tight.
