How do I withdraw from the agreement?

You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of signing in the app, under “Right of withdrawal” (in the Settings menu). You’ll immediately see how many days you have left, and confirm the withdrawal in a few clicks.

What happens after I withdraw?

Once you’ve notified us of your withdrawal, you must repay the loan as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days of sending your withdrawal notice:

  1. The full loan amount you received, and

  2. The interest accrued for the period from the date the agreement was signed to the date you repay.

Use the same account number and payment reference as your monthly invoice. If you withdrew in the app, you’ll find the exact payment details directly on the withdrawal screen.

What if the 14 days have already passed?

If the withdrawal period has passed, you can no longer exercise your right of withdrawal. However, you can repay your loan in full early at any time. This doesn’t incur any extra costs, but you’ll pay interest up to the day your final payment is registered with us.
