If you have an applicant record from eMOS that you would like to use to create a new application, locate your eMOS File saved on your computer.
To assist with uploading your eMOS File, please ensure:
all fields are complete in the eMOS file.
Customer email address needs to be unique to each customer. If your customer does not have an email address, or two applicants share an email address, this will need to be submitted via a manual application.
For Files older than July 2022, update by first opening the File in eMOS and save. This updates the data format to the current version of 5.7.2.
In Loanapp, when you click NEW:
You will be presented with the option to either start a new application, or "import existing application". Selecting this option will allow you to upload your eMOS file.
This will open your file menu and you will be able to select your .MOS file to create a record in Loanapp.
Upon successful upload, Loanapp confirms that your application is ready to open for review. Loanapp attempts to pre-populate data from the eMOS file into the new application and provides a detailed list for you to reference by clicking the ‘Show details’ link where you can see if data may be missing or there are data related issues identified during the upload.
To download a summary, click on Export.
Click Continue to open the new application, it will be auto-populated with your eMOS data.
You will need to review every section of the new application for accuracy from Set-up and make any changes you need for the new application.
As you review all sections in the application, where there are data related issues, these are easily identified by Validation Logic such as the blue banner at the top of your application screen, or the required fields shown in red.
