In addition to managing your private messages, you can create and manage group chats from the Chat page. This is where you handle all your conversations on the platform — including private messages, group chats, and Anzir Support.

1. Anzir Support Team

A direct channel to contact the official Anzir team.
Use it for technical questions, setup help, or account assistance.

2. Party Chat

Automatically created for each booked MysteryAct session.
Players and GMs can discuss details, share clues, and coordinate before or after the game.

3. Venue Chat

5. Private Chat

3.1 Anzir Support Team

For any issues or inquiries:

  • Contact Anzir Customer Support directly via the platform.

  • We are here to help with technical issues or general questions.

3.2 Group Chats

There are two types of Group Chats:

Group Type

Creation Method

Party Chat

Auto-created with game room

Normal Chat

Manually created

  • Party Chats (Auto-created)

Automatically created when a game room is generated.
Players can continue chatting after the game without creating a new group.

  • Normal Chats (Manually created)

These groups are manually created by venue owners or hosts to invite fans, promote events, share updates, or engage in discussions.

3.2.1 How to Create a Normal Chat Group:

Go to [Chat] via Bottom Navigation

  1. Tap [+] to create a new group

  2. Fill in:

  • Group Name (Required)

  • Announcement (Optional)

  • Cover Image (Optional)

  • Group Type: Public / Private

💡 Tips:The creator becomes the Group Owner, with the ability to edit group info and manage members. Venue owners or hosts can create groups to promote your business, share event updates, and engage with players.

How to Invite and Join a Normal Chat Group

  1. Open a group chat for your venue, or have your GM create one.

  2. Tap [Invite] to generate the invitation within Anzir App:

    • Option 1: Share the QR code

    • Option 2: Copy the invitation link

  3. Wait for join requests (indicated by a red dot) to manage join requests,
where you can approve or deny them.

3.3 Private Messages

Private messages are for 1-on-1 communication.

  1. Tap on a player’s profile picture.

  2. Start a friendly conversation and enjoy the opportunity to connect and engage!

While chatting, keep these friendly rules in mind:

  • You can send 1 message within 24 hours unless the player replies first. Once they reply, you're free to chat!

  • If you’re blocked, you won’t be able to continue the conversation — so always keep it polite and respectful!
