A professional and well-presented venue page on Anzir helps:

Step-by-Step Setup & Optimization

1. Apply for Your Venue (1 Minute)

📍 Where to begin:

  • Access "My Venues" in your profile

📝 Required information:
✔ Venue name
✔ Venue type (Physical/Virtual)
✔ Contact email

2. Understanding Your Venue Page (Key Features)

My Venues Area

Venue Card

  • Venue name (e.g., The Lantern Room)

  • Status: Open / Closed

  • Business hours: 07:27AM – 11:27PM

  • Location: Online

3. Edit Your Venue Basic Info (Get Started!)

1. Edit Venue Information

Access: Profile → Setting

Steps:

  1. Tap Change to upload or update your venue logo and background image.

  2. Edit key fields such as:

    • Name: Your venue name

    • Opening Hours: Set your operating schedule

    • Phone / Email: Contact information

    • Languages Offered: Languages supported at your venue

    • Introduction: Write a short description about your venue

    • Photo Gallery: Add venue images for better presentation

  3. Use Operating Status to toggle your venue between Open and Closed.

Tip: Use a cover photo and introduction that reflect your venue’s style and atmosphere to attract more players.

2. Upload Venue Photos

Access: On the Venue Profile page, tap Photo Gallery.

Steps:

  • Tap the + icon to upload new photos.

  • You can upload up to 10 venue photos.

  • Add multiple images showing your space — such as themed rooms, props, or event settings.

  • Show the real environment to help players imagine the space.

  • Build trust and credibility by displaying authentic venue photos, increasing booking chances.

  • When finished, tap Save in the top right corner.

Tip: Use bright, high-quality photos to make your venue look more professional and welcoming.

4. Core Functions Usage Guide

Venue Management – Core Functions Overview

This guide introduces the main management features available under Profile → My Venues in the Anzir App.
Each section shows how to access the page and what it is used for.

1. Coupon (Wallet)

Access: Profile→ Coupon
Purpose: Displays all vouchers in your venue wallet, including Script Passes (used to unlock stories) and Play Tickets (used to host sessions). You can filter vouchers by type and tap Redeem to unlock a script or claim a session.

2. Recommend

Access: Profile→ Recommend
Purpose: Lists all MysteryActs available for recommendation or sale. You can set prices, adjust visibility, and review basic story details such as author, playtime, and player count. Used for managing and promoting stories in your venue.

3. GM Management

Access: Profile→ GM
Purpose: Manage all Game Masters linked to your venue. Review Active, Applicant, and Departed members, approve or remove GMs, and check join dates and statuses.

4. Party Management

Access: Profile → Party
Purpose: View all ongoing, upcoming, and completed sessions. Filter by date, track bookings, and see details such as the host, players, and scheduled time. This is the central hub for managing your venue’s game sessions.

5. Customer Chat

Access: Profile → Chat
Purpose: Used for direct communication with players or customers. Each chat shows the user’s name, message preview, and contact source, helping you manage inquiries, bookings, and feedback efficiently.

6. MysteryAct Store

Access: Profile → MysteryAct
Purpose: Browse and manage all MysteryActs available to your venue. Filter by Top Picks, Testing, My Creations, Unlocked, or Locked. Each story card shows word count, duration, player number, and genre.

7. Balance

Access: Profile → Balance
Purpose: Track financial transactions including script unlock costs, hosting revenues, and current balance. Each entry shows the MysteryAct, author, transaction amount, available funds, and timestamp.

8. Venue Profile (Settings)

Access: Profile → Setting
Purpose: Edit your venue’s information such as name, hours, phone number, email, languages, and introduction. You can also upload or update the venue cover image and manage your gallery.

9. Share

Access: Profile → Share
Purpose: Share your venue to parties, the Anzir community, or external platforms. Generate links or QR codes to invite players and promote your venue page.

5. Go Live & Promote 🚀

Congratulations! Your store is now live on Anzir!

Once your store is approved, you can promote and manage it on the platform. Here’s where you can view your store:

  1. MysteryAct Details Page: Your store will be listed under the store section on the MysteryAct details page:

  2. GM Personal Homepage: Your store will appear on the personal homepage of any Game Master who has worked with your store.
