Adding a new instance varies by product. We provide a streamlined setup, where you simply point your DNS to our servers and enter your domain, and the rest is automated.
Here's a simplified workflow:
Upon your first login, you may be prompted to create your first instance. If not, click "Add New Instance" in the top right of your client area. Both options lead to the same setup page.
Choose "Create New WordPress Instance" and select "Continue."
Browse and preview website themes. Once you find one you like, click "Use This Theme." You can change it later if needed.
If you have multiple hosting services, select the desired one from the dropdown menu and proceed to "Set Website Name."
Enter your website name. Depending on the product, you might also configure:
Domain settings
Installation type (clean or clone)
Language preference
Database details
Admin credentials (use the built-in password generator if you wish)
Click "Continue" to complete the setup. Installation may take a few minutes. You can return to your dashboard and monitor the progress.
Post-installation, you can modify settings via the "Change Domain" button in the instance details.
This process ensures a seamless setup, allowing you to customize as needed while keeping it straightforward.
