Returning a core is very similar to returning an order!
Navigate to the "Orders and Returns" tab on the left of your desktop app or web portal
Search for your order in the search bar on the top left using the order number
Select the "Order Details" button on the right side after locating the order that needs to be returned
Once viewing the order, select "Return Core" shown below
Be sure to note the address the core needs to be picked up at, or if the same as delivery check the box notating "Use Delivery Address"
Once that's done, head to your messaging portal and let the vendor know you're ready to initiate the core return 👀
You will receive further instructions from the vendor from there on how to proceed! 🎉
