Navigate to the "Orders and Returns" tab on the left of your desktop app or web portal
Search for your order in the search bar on the top left using the order number
Select the "Order Details" button on the right side after locating the order that needs to be warrantied
Once viewing your order, scroll to the bottom and select "Begin Warranty Claim"
From there, a window will pop up. Fill out the form and a message will be sent directly to the vendor for processing.
A message will be sent with the correlating information to the vendor who will then process the claim accordingly. Keep an eye out on your messages in case they need to get in touch about anything! π«
