Are these difficult to put on?

hard to put on, tight to get on

They are tight, 20-30 mmHg. But don't worry, it does get easier the more you wear and wash them :)

They can be tricky to get on, especially at first, because we have compression in the arch, that is what makes them effective. BUT we have a couple options that are easier to get on: the no-show and ankle compression styles. We also have a how-to-wear page that may help. However, tight like Apolla Socks actually means they are working! If your compression socks are NOT tight, they are not doing anything! We are proud of our patented targeted compression that allows for the tightness to only be in the places you need it and not where you don’t.
