There is not a difference between the Joule Shock & Joule Sock. We started this company focused on dancers & called them Shocks...the benefit of a SHoe + Comfort of a sOCK...& as we grew in the dance world, dancers got used to calling them Apolla Shocks. When we decided to expand beyond dancers to anyone with feet when we aired on Shark Tank, that term was confusing to non dancers, plus we needed to speak to each customer differently. So on the Shock pages (aka dancer footwear section of our website) we can speak to wearing them with pointe & jazz shoes etc while simultaneously talking to non dancers about wearing them for work, yoga, with sandals, etc. But they are the same product. The only true difference is we offer our grip option ONLY on the Shock pages.
