We recommend starting with the with the Performance/Crew styles & the Joule/barefoot style. Test them each individually & together to see what level of support really makes a difference for YOU! Once an ankle is sprained, it is twice as likely to happen again. The odds go up with multiples, so having the ankles supported more while building up strength will be very important. It may be possible to go to the AMP/No-Show style eventually; however if you're an athlete and the coach allows braces in for performance/competition, we recommend wearing the Performance/Crew with the Joule/Barerfoot style over the top of it in performance/competition. Or, wear the Joule over a no-show eventually once they feel stronger.
