We recommend starting with the Performance/Crew and & the Joule/Barefoot style to test them each individually and together to see what level of support really makes a difference for YOU! Once an ankle has been injured/sprained, it is twice as likely to happen again. Odds go up with multiples, so having them supported more while building up strength will be important.
