We recommend the Joule (barefoot style) or the half sole style for gymnastics. Then use the mid-calf or knee high for recovery. The leg warmers are AMAZING for knees too! That is the magical combo. We hear from TONS of gymnasts & tumblers how much they love the support better than taping.
