There are two different ways to view a list of candidates in Apploi.

To view all applications you have access to in Apploi, click the Candidates tab on the left hand side. From here, click an candidate's name to view their application details.

You can also view a list of candidates for a specific job on the Jobs page. To do so, click the number that appears to the right of the job title, under the Applicants column.

You will see a full list of candidates for the particular job selected, and can again click the name of the applicant to review their details.
