Adding new users is fast and simple, and there are two different ways to do this in Apploi. Keep in mind that only users with Super Admin or Admin level of access to the account have the ability to add new users!

Users and Access

The first way to add a new user is the admin dropdown. Click your name on the top right corner of the page > click Users and Access.

You're brought to a full list of users who currently have access to the account. To add a new user, click on the Add or Invite User button on the top right corner of the page.

Enter the requested information and select a Role for the user. If you're unsure of which role to assign to the user, you can hover over the question mark icon next to Role for a brief description. Once you click Invite with the Send Email Invite toggle enabled, the user will receive an email with instructions to set their password for Apploi.

If you choose to disable the Send Email Invite toggle when inviting a new user, Apploi will generate a temporary password but will not send an email to the user.

This is a great option if you’re not ready for a user to login to Apploi just yet, or if you'd like to provide them with the password initially rather than sending an email.

Adding a New User from the Jobs Page

You can also add a new user when editing an existing job or creating a new job. When taking either action, scroll down to the second section, titled Who Has Access to this Job and Its Applicants. You'll see the list of users who currently have access to that particular job.

To add a new user not yet created in Apploi, click the Invite or add user link.

From here, you'll be brought to the same form from the Users and Access page, where you'll add in the new user's information. Not only will this add the new user to Apploi, it will also assign the user access to the job!
