Adding Notes

Keep track of important details that may not be included on a resume or application

Have a phone interview with an applicant and need to jot down a few key takeaways? Or left a voicemail and want to ensure the rest of your team doesn't also try calling? Consider using Notes to make this information available to your whole team!

Adding a Note

Notes can be added for an applicant in the Actions menu of the Applicant Details page, or directly on the Applicants page. Once you find the applicant that you'd like to add the note for, click the + button under the Notes column.

On the Applicant Details page, click on the Actions menu and select Add/View Notes.

A pop-up window will appear, showing you previously saved notes. To add a new note, type in the details under the New Note section and click on the yellow Add button.

You can also edit or delete any of your own notes by clicking on the pencil or trash icons.

Similar to adding a note on the Applicants page, you can also view any saved notes. Any applicant with a saved note will appear with a text box icon under the Notes column. Click the box to open and review the note, or add another.
