Follow the steps below if you've forgotten your password or need to reset another user's password.
Resetting Your Own Password
To reset your own password, go to Apploi's homepage and click on the Sign In button on the top right corner of the page.
Next, click on the Forgot Password? button.
Type in your email that is associated with your Apploi account and click on the Send Email button. This will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
If you don’t receive the reset password email within a few minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder as it may have been filtered out. You can learn more about managing email deliverability issues here.
Resetting a Password for Another User
If you are a Super Admin in Apploi you can reset passwords for other users. To do so, click on the admin menu and click on Users and Access to see a list of users that have access to Apploi.
Once you locate the user who needs their password reset, hover over the Actions column and click on the Key icon. From here, you have the option to leave the toggle on if you'd like for the user to receive an email with the new password, or you can turn the toggle off to generate a password and send it to the user separately.
