Are you looking for a way to keep track of the openings for your jobs? The Job Openings feature will help you stay organized by allowing you to add new openings and mark when an opening has been filled!

To manage Job Openings, click on the number next to the Open section under the Job Openings column.

The Job Openings manager will appear. Here you can see the number of openings, the type of job, the status of the opening, the date the job opening went live, the name of the applicant that filled the job, the date that the job was filled, and the number of days it took to fill the job. To remove any openings, click on the trash can icon.

To add a new Job Opening, click on the yellow New Openings button on the top right corner of the form. Once you've selected the number of openings that you'd like to add, click Save.

You also have the option to mark a job as Evergreen. To mark a job as Evergreen, check the box. Each time an Evergreen opening is filled, another opening will automatically be created for the same position so that you can keep hiring for that position. If you would like to have this part of the Job Openings feature enabled in your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Once a job has been filled, update the applicant's status to Hired. The Fill an Opening window will appear. To fill the Job Opening, select the Type from the dropdown list and click the Fill button.

The number of openings that appear next to the Open section under the Job Openings column will automatically update after a job is filled!
