Now it is possible to connect your jobs to LinkedIn, making them searchable on the site as well as connected to your LinkedIn company page. To do so, follow the steps below.

If you don't have a LinkedIn Company Page or Account, let's help you create one.

Finding your LinkedIn Company ID

First, find your company's LinkedIn ID. The Company ID helps you associate your job post(s) with the correct LinkedIn Page. It is a string of numbers, usually 6 to 9 digits long, that is unique to your company.

To learn how to find this ID, watch this short video, or follow the instructions below.

Option 1: In the URL

You can find the Company ID in the URL of the search results page when you click on See all jobs on your LinkedIn Page. The Company ID is the value after 'f_C=<numeric value>&'

Option 2: As a page Admin

To find your company ID as a LinkedIn Page Admin, navigate to the Admin View of the LinkedIn Page from the All Pages or Home tab. The LinkedIn company ID is the numbers after /company/ in the URL.

For example, if the Admin URL for the LinkedIn Page is https://www.linkedin.com/company/8681905/admin/, the company ID is 8681905

Connecting LinkedIn to your Apploi Account

Once you've got your LinkedIn ID, login to Apploi and complete the following:

  1. Click your name in the top black bar

  2. Click My Company

3. Find the field for LinkedIn ID

4. Enter your company's LinkedIn ID (make sure you only enter numbers, no quotation marks or anything else!)

5. Click Save

Once you have entered your company ID in Apploi, your jobs should show up on LinkedIn and be connected to your organization’s LinkedIn Page within two business days.

Keep in mind: All child teams (ie facilities, locations) in Apploi will use this ID by default. If each child team needs to be connected to its own LinkedIn page, make sure you navigate to each in Apploi and follow the same steps to add the appropriate LinkedIn ID.
