Apploi offers automated workflows to instantly send messages to candidates and update application statuses. These workflows can be created at the Parent Team level, for just one Child Team, or for a specific job.

Remember — the Workflows feature is only available to Super Admin users. If you are trying to create a workflow and don't see the option in your account, reach out to a Super Admin on your team who can assist!
How it Works
Our workflows allow you to build an action sequence, or "workflow," by following the natural language builder. Once the first setting is selected, the workflow will present you with the next set of options.

Initiate a request for interview after you've identified a candidate
If [the status is] [New] and has been [for 10 minutes]
then [a message is sent] via [email and text] using the template [Interview Request]
and [update the status] to [Requested Interview]
Here’s an example of how this sequence could look on your screen
Follow up with your interview requests
If [the status is] [Requested Interview] and has been for [1 day] and [applicant has not responded]
then [a message is sent] via [email and text] using the template [Interview Follow up I]
Schedule interviews
If [the status is] [Interview Scheduled] and has been for [10 minutes]
then [a message is sent] via [email and text] using the template [Interview Scheduled]
Reschedule interviews
If [the status is] [Interview Rescheduled] and has been for [10 minutes]
then [a message is sent] via [email and text] using the template [Interview Rescheduled]
Deal with interview cancelations
If [the status is] [Interview Canceled] and has been for [10 minutes]

Note: “Interview Canceled” is an example of a custom template and does not exist in Apploi’s template library. To use this workflow, select a template you have created and saved.
Remind the candidate of their upcoming interview
If [the interview is in] [1 day]
then [a message is sent] via [email and text] using the template [Interview Reminder]
Deal with No Shows
If [the status is] [Interview No-Show] and [has been for] [10 minutes]
then [a message is sent] via [email and text] using the template [Interview No-Show]
Note: Apploi doesn't have a standard template for interview no-shows. You should decide how you want to handle those, and make your own custom message template.
Send offer letter
If [the status is] [Offer Extended] and has been for [10 minutes]
then [a message is sent] via [email] using the template [Offer Letter]
