Why leverage LinkedIn?

LinkedIn is a big player in the talent game. LinkedIn’s September 2022 Workforce Report states that there has been a 13% increase in hiring within this industry on their platform just in recent months.

LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network with hundreds of millions of members. Having an account would not only broaden your talent pool, it would also help build your overall online presence on a more professional network.

Setting up an account

In order to connect your Apploi job postings with the LinkedIn job platform and associate those job posts with your LinkedIn Company Page, you must first create a LinkedIn Account to then create your Company Page.

1. Navigate to the LinkedIn sign up page.

2. Input your name, email address, and your password of choice.

Important to note: you must use your true name when creating a profile per LinkedIn’s User Agreement.

3. Click Join now.

4. Complete any additional steps that follow.

Setting Up a Company Page

A LinkedIn Page allows you to represent your organization amongst the LinkedIn Community. Company Pages not only help LinkedIn members learn about your products and services, but they can be a great place to display your current job opportunities. Once this page is created you will then have your unique LinkedIn Company ID to input into your Apploi account.

In order to create a LinkedIn Company Page, click the ⸬ Work icon in the upper-right corner of your LinkedIn homepage.
Scroll and select the Create a Company Page +
Select the Page type:
1. Company
2. Showcase page
3. Educational institution
Enter your page identity, Company or Institution details, and Profile details information.
Check the verification box to confirm you have the right to act on behalf of the company or school.
Click the Create page button.

Click Start building your page!

Connect your LinkedIn to your Apploi Account

Don't forget the most important step! Now that you have a LinkedIn account and Company ID, connect them to your Apploi account to get the most value. This article explains how.
