Find out how to show candidates on Indeed that you are a "Responsive employer"

If you're looking for a way to stand out in search results on Indeed, you can do just that when qualifying for the Responsive Employer Badge! Previously, this badge was only available for employers hosting jobs directly on Indeed.com. Now, employers can qualify for this badge from jobs created in Apploi by way of our Disposition Sync integration with Indeed.

How do you qualify to receive the Responsive Employer Badge?

  1. By updating at least 50% of your Indeed Apply applications in Apploi to statuses beyond “New”.

  2. Claiming your ATS source by following the claim my company profile steps.

*This badge can also appear as “Typically responds within 3 days” or, “Typically responds within 1 day” that all serve as forms of this badge.

What does it mean to update my Indeed Apply applications?

Updating your Indeed Apply applications means updating the statuses for those Indeed Apply sourced applications. One way to ensure you do this is to make it best practice to move as many applications (regardless of source) out of “New” status as possible, by updating to a status that indicates where the applicant is at in the hiring process.

For example, pictured below there are only 4 applicants in the “New” stage, indicating that this recruiter is practicing good data hygiene by moving the candidates through the hiring process and marking them as statuses that fall within “In Review”, “Interviewed”, “Offered”, or “Hired”.

What if I do not see the Responsive Employer Badge appended to my jobs after following the above steps?
