Disposition data sync is the information Indeed uses to track an applicant's progress in an ATS as the hiring process unfolds. Statuses can include time-stamped updates such as “Interviewed,” “Rejected,” or “Hired".
How does the integration work?
Apploi does the heavy lifting for you, as we have mapped and continue to map every custom status in Apploi to that of Indeed’s hiring signals so that each action of updating your statuses in Apploi is accounted for. This “dispositioning” of applicants tells Indeed where the candidate is at in the process, and will result in:
Indeed using this data to increase the quality of applications sent to you
Presenting your jobs to better-matched job seekers on Indeed, helping you build a higher-quality pipeline over time
Apploi<>Indeed customers can now qualify to receive a Responsive Employer Badge, helping build your employer brand and stand out in Indeed’s search results
How does Indeed protect job seeker privacy?
Indeed values data protection and privacy and no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is passed from Apploi to Indeed. The data sent in Disposition Data cannot be used to identify a candidate; it only includes a timestamp, an anonymized Apply ID, and the
application status.
Is consent from the jobseeker required for receiving Disposition Data?
When job seekers apply for a job through Indeed they agree to Indeed's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These communicate and govern the scope of the relationship between job seekers and Indeed.
