Scheduling Reports

How to schedule up to be emailed automatically

Schedule any Apploi Schedule report or report page to be sent daily, weekly, or monthly to specified email addresses.

Schedule an individual report

Hover over the report you would like to send to see the More Options icon (vertical dots) at the top right corner of the report:

  1. Click the More Options icon (vertical dots)

  2. Click Schedule exports

  3. Click Add Schedule

  4. Enter all necessary information to schedule the report(s) to the proper recipients in the preferred format and time

Schedule a report page

Find the report page you would like to schedule on the left panel under Reports.

To schedule the full page of reports, find the three lines at the bottom of the screen:

  1. Click the three lines

  2. Click Schedule export…

  3. Click Add Schedule

  4. Enter all necessary information to schedule the report(s) to the proper recipients in the preferred format and time.

Edit Existing Scheduled Reports

Once a report is scheduled, take the same steps above to select the "Schedule export..." to edit your scheduled reports.

Important variables and definitions

Recipient

Email addresses(s) that should be sent this report. Use a comma to separate multiple email addresses.

Subject

Subject line to appear in the email containing the report.

Message

Message that appears in the body of the email - add context about the report for anyone who may be receiving it.

Attachments

The specific report(s) and format that are being attached to the email.

Frequency

Select daily, weekly, or monthly cadence to send. Add the time of day/timezone the report will be sent.

More options

Important: Use the Customize control values option to set filters on the report being scheduled, such as Application Date, to ensure the correct filters are being applied to the report(s).
