Depending on your access in the platform, you'll find a list of the Reports made available to you by default.
Access all reports by clicking Reports in the navigation bar:
There are 3 types of report pages in the Reports tab: Staffing, Shifts, and Spending. The individual reports within these pages are made default by Apploi.
All reports can be filtered, exported and scheduled, so you can better search for the information you really need.
Please note that there may be a data sync delay of up to 3 hours. Any changes to Schedule may not be reflected immediately in Reports.
Staffing Reports
Staffing reports give you insights into absences, PTO, hours worked, and hiring trends at the location, team, and individual staff member levels.
You can export and schedule exports of individual reports or the entire page.
Absences
These reports show insights into absences, PTO, and absence subtypes that can be filtered by Location, Team, Role, and/or Date Range.
You can also export and schedule exports of individual reports or the entire page.
Staff Member Trends
Staff Member Trends give you deeper insight into individual staff members’ hours, shifts, absences, pickups, shift types, and an overview of shifts worked.
You can easily find an individual staff member by filtering down by Team, Role, and/or Date range.
You can also export and schedule exports of individual reports or the entire page.
Hiring Trends
Hiring Trends reports offer recommendations and insights into your location(s)’ hiring needs, hours needed for efficiency, rotation openings per day by shifts, and rotation openings overview. You can filter down these reports by Location. You can also export and schedule exports of individual reports or the entire page.
Total Hours Needed report analyzes the difference between your two-week rotation shifts and budget to offer a recommendation.

Shifts Reports
The Shifts Trends report gives you insights into your fill rate and open shifts by both location and over time. You can filter down these reports by Location, Role, and/or Date range. You can also export and schedule exports of individual reports or the entire page.
Spending Reports
The Agency Usage report is a helpful report to allow you to keep track of your agency utilization and spend. These shift reports give you insight into the percentage of shifts worked by agency staff, agency hours, number of agency shifts, a comparison between internal and agency staff shifts, shifts by agency team, agency usage by role, and agency rate reports.
You can filter down these reports by Location, Team, Role, and Date range. You can also export and schedule exports of individual reports or the entire page.
