Second Stage screening questions are set up as a separate template to be completed by the applicant after they initially apply. Second Stage screening questions are typically set up in place of a paper HR Application or as a longer list of screening questions.

These can either be sent out automatically or manually to applicants using the "Sent Application - Invite to HR Application" template through the email/text template section or through Workflows.

You can also configure your own email/text templates to send out the Second Stage screening questions by creating a template and inserting the merge field: *|SECOND_STAGE_JOB_URL|* into the template.

If you would like to send out the questions via both email and text, be sure to insert the merge field in both the Email & Text template.

After you have created your template, you will be able to select this template to send to candidates manually or add the template to an automated workflow.
