New Look: Marking Messages as Unread

Marking a candidate as Unread helps organize follow-ups and keeps your queue clear for later revisits without messaging.

What “Unread” Does

  • Adds a red unread indicator on the candidate row in your Candidates list.
    ​

  • Keeps the thread easy to find for later follow-up.
    ​

  • Does not send a message to the candidate.
    ​

Tip: Use Unread as a short-term reminder. Pair it with a Candidate Note that records your next step so teammates understand context.

There's a small envelope, and if you hover over it there's an icon that says unread. Clicking that icon will make the message unread again
