You can now send documents to candidates faster, directly from the Documents tab. Choose the documents you want to share and send them in just a few clicks — with the option to add a custom message or use a default one for speed.
How to send documents
Open the candidate profile and go to the Documents tab.
Click Send documents.
Select the document(s) you want to send.
Choose your message option:
Click Send.
That’s it — your documents are delivered to the candidate right away.
Tips
Use the default message for routine document requests or standard forms.
Add a custom message when you need to provide context or instructions (e.g., deadlines or next steps).
