Accessing the Loyalty Page
๐น Step 1: Open Loyalty Settings
Go to Subscription Plans.
Each plan will display a Loyalty button.
To configure loyalty, click the Loyalty button next to the desired plan.

๐น Step 2: Access the Loyalty Page
After clicking the Loyalty button, youโll be redirected to the Loyalty Page for that subscription plan.
This page displays all selling plans associated with the subscription.

๐น Step 3: Add a Loyalty Rule
On the Loyalty Page, click โAdd Rule.โ
Set up the desired loyalty rule for the selected subscription plan.

๐ก Note: The Loyalty Page will also reflect any discounts you have previously set up while creating the selling plan in the Subscription Plan.
๐ Tip: To access loyalty settings quickly, go to your desired Subscription Plan and click โView Loyaltyโ in the top-right corner.

Percent Off (%):
Example: A 5% discount on a $50 subscription reduces the cost to $47.50 per renewal.Amount Off ($):
Example: A $10 discount on a $50 subscription reduces the cost to $40 per renewal.Fixed Price:
Example: A $50 subscription set to a fixed price of $25 will always renew at $25.
