Rewards rules are guidelines that can set to allow your customers to redeem their loyalty points. Customers get codes that can be redeemed when checking out an order. Customers earn points by following your store's activity rules and then redeem them for these rewards.

Note: Shopify currently only allows the use of one discount code per order. This means you cannot combine offers from multiple loyalty applications if both are providing discount codes.
