Redeem rules are guidelines that can be setup to allow your customers to redeem their loyalty points. Customers get codes that can be redeemed when placing an order. Customers earn points by following your store's earn rules and then redeem them for these rewards.

Note: Shopify currently only allows the use of one discount code per order. This means you cannot combine offers from multiple loyalty applications if both are providing discount codes.
