Stamped.io is a review and loyalty platform for ecommerce. It helps merchants establish their brand by allowing customers to leave reviews on the products that they purchase.

After Appstle Loyalty is installed in your store, create a Stamped.io account, making sure that the same email and URL used for your store are used to sign up for the platform.

You will then be redirected to Shopify to confirm the integration.

If you have not already, make sure that an Activity Rule for earning points for leaving a review(s) on the site is made, and make sure your rewards program is active. For more information on how to configure activity rules for review sites, please refer to our help doc here.

Stamped.io provides a variety of ways you can reach out to request reviews from your customer base, including through email, SMS, and even hosted review pages on your stores' product pages. For a full list of the different ways you can request reviews from your customers, please refer to Stamped.io's How Do Customers Write a Review help doc here.

The page also contains links to other docs that can help you with configuring the various methods. Feel free to choose the one that works best for your situation.

The example we will provide is requesting reviews via email communication.

You will need to make sure that the email template(s) in Stamped.io requesting a review from customers who purchased from your store are configured properly.

To do this, navigate to the Settings tab and click on Customize to be greeted with all of the platform's email templates. Click on the one for Enable Review Requests and make any relevant edits you see fit.

You can change things like the content of the title or body of the email, add recommended items, and change the time interval between purchase/fulfillment of an order and when a customer receives this email.

When you have made your changes, make sure that the template is active (toggle in the upper left of the template) and Save.

You can also send a test email to yourself (upper-right in the email preview) to see how things will look from your customers' point of view. They can choose to leave reviews in the email itself, or open up the form in a new tab with the link at the top to view in browser.

By making sure they have accounts with your store, and making sure that the same email is used in both your store and when writing their reviews, customers should receive your specified number of reward points when you set up your activity rule.

Congratulations! You have completed the integration process.
