How to Set Up a Dynamic Pricing Bundle Subscription

How to use the Appstle Subscriptions build-a-box feature

Dynamic Pricing Build-a-Box allows your customers to build their own product bundles, with the total price automatically updating based on the products they select. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up Dynamic Pricing in Appstle.

💡 Before You Begin

You must have a subscription plan created before setting up Build-a-Box.

  • Once created, you can configure your Build-a-Box subscription.

Step 1: Choose Dynamic Pricing

  1. Select Dynamic Pricing Bundle.

  2. 💡 Important: Make sure it is enabled, so customers can access this Build-A-Box offer.

Step 2: Provide Box Name & Subscription Plan

  1. Enter a name for your Build-A-Box.

  2. Add the subscription plan.

Note: To enable 'One-Time Purchase', toggle this option to allow customers to make a one-time purchase without subscribing.

Step 3: Configure Tiered Discounts (Optional)

  1. Decide if you want to offer tiered discounts.

  2. Discounts can be applied based on:

    • Number of products in the box

    • Total value of the bundle

✅ Example:

  • 3 products → 10% discount

  • Spend $400 → 20% discount

This encourages customers to add more products to their box.

Step 4: Advanced Settings

A. Configure Product Count Rules

Set the minimum and maximum number of products that can be placed in the box.

✅ Example:

  • Minimum = 2 products

  • Maximum = 4 products

These rules ensure customers select an appropriate number of items to complete their box.

B. Choose Bundle Redirect Location

After customers finalise their box, choose where to redirect them:

  • Cart page (default)

  • Checkout page

  • Custom page (enter a valid URL)

💡 Pro Tip:
Make your Build-A-Box easy to find in your store menu with a clear name like “Create Your Box.”

After setup:

  • Save to generate the unique URL

  • Add the URL to your store navigation

  • Test the customer experience
