Inactivity Rule

To keep all AquaFunded Futures accounts active and properly maintained, traders must remain active on their accounts.

How Does the 7-Day Inactivity Rule Work?

If no trade is executed on your account for 7 consecutive calendar days, the account will be considered inactive and will automatically closed.

The 7-day period begins from the date of your last executed trade.

How Do I Keep My Account Active?

Simply execute at least one trade within every 7-day period.

There is no minimum profit requirement for this rule. The purpose is only to ensure that the account remains actively used.

Does This Apply to Weekends?

Yes. The inactivity period is calculated using calendar days, meaning weekends are included in the 7-day period.

What Happens If My Account Is Closed Due to Inactivity?

Accounts closed due to the 7-Day Inactivity Rule cannot be reinstated or reset. Traders will need to purchase a new account if they wish to continue trading.

Important

It is the trader’s responsibility to monitor their account activity and ensure that at least one trade is executed before reaching 7 consecutive calendar days of inactivity.
