In this article, we will work with specific configurations when creating a plan/product/service; for complete instructions on creating one of these items, you may refer to the Configuring your plans, products, and passes article.
Assigning a Plan to certain group of users
Go to the Plan Creation configuration screen
If you are creating a new plan, go to "Billing & products / Plans, products, passes / Plans tab", click the Action button, click Add plan
If you are modifying an existent plan, go to "Billing & products / Plans, products, passes / Plans tab", hover your cursor over the plan desired, click the 3 dots button, and click Edit
Scroll down to the Assign a group field
Select the group that you want to assign the plan to
Click Save & continue
Click Publish & Finish
Note: If no group is assigned to the plan, it will be visible only by Admins.
Archie tip: 95% of our users assign their plans to the "Member" group, with this, any external user buying a plan will become automatically a member, you can then set different booking prices for members if desired
Archie tip #2: Make sure that you configure the visibility of your plan according to your desired groups, considering the assignment you just completed. For instance, if you assigned a plan to the member group, you must set visibility to members if you want all members to access the plan again. A common setup observed among our customers is to set visibility for both users and members.
Setting your products and services to be viewed by specific groups
Go to the Product/Service Creation configuration screen
If you are creating a new Product/Service, go to "Billing & products / Plans, products, passes / Product & services", click the Action button, click Add Product or Add service
If you are modifying an existent plan, go to "Billing & products / Plans, products, passes / Products & service tab", hover your cursor over the element desired, click the 3 dots button, and click Edit
Scroll down to the Visibility field
Select the groups that you would like to have visibility of the element
If no group is added, the element will be visible only by admins
Click Save & Continue
Click Publish & Finish
