Based on the plan's specifications, it may require the assignment of a specific element throughout its duration. For instance, a monthly private office plan needs the allocation of a designated office, preventing others from booking the same space.
Assigning a plan to a specific element
To locate a plan that has been already purchased, navigate to the "Billing and Products" section on the main page and select the "Subscriptions" option
Locate the plan that you want assign an element
Hover your mouse over the subscription tile
Click the "+ Assign" button located under the subscription name
Select from the dropdown list the element to assign
Click Confirm
Modifying the element assigned to a plan
To locate a plan that has been already purchased, navigate to the "Billing and Products" section on the main page and select the "Subscriptions" option
Locate the plan that you want to modify
The plan must have an element already assigned
Hover your mouse over the subscription tile
Click the "edit" button located under the subscription name
Select from the dropdown list the new element to assign
Click Confirm
