Step 1. Editing a booking
Navigate to "Booking Management" and select "Book a Room", "Book a Desk", or "Book an office"
Click on the actions button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select "Manage Bookings" from the dropdown menu.
Locate the booking you wish to edit and click on it.
Click edit to modify the booking information
Name and Note fields will be visible only to admins
You can edit the preparation time after this booking
You can add more attendees by using the Attendees field, newly added emails will receive the booking information
Click Confirm to save the changes
Click resend details to share the booking details again with the accounts selected.
Step 2. Canceling a booking
Navigate to "Booking Management" and select "Book a Room", "Book a Desk", or "Book an office"
Click on the actions button located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select "Manage Bookings" from the dropdown menu.
Locate the booking you wish to cancel and click on it.
In the booking details, click on "Cancel the Reservation."
Click Confirm to complete the process
Note: If the booking was made using credits, you will see the below options
Select Refund credits to share back to the account the credits used for this booking
Select Don't refund credits if you don't want to send back the credits used for this booking
Archie tip: You can customize the view of the calendar to display bookings by days, weeks, or months. This can be adjusted from the options menu located below the search bar in the upper left corner of the screen. Additionally, you have the option to search for a specific user's bookings.
Please note that if the booking has already been paid for, you will need to process a refund manually to the user's account. For more information about creating a refund, you can refer to this article.
