In this guide, we'll show you how to utilize the QR code batch obtained in the previous article. These QR codes need to be printed and added next to each element in your workspace, such as rooms, offices, and desks.
Archie tip: Make sure that the QR codes are placed in easily accesible locations for users to scan with their phones.
Setting your QR codes.
Download the Archie App, The links can be found by going to "Systems/Apps/Archie"
Open the Archie app and sign in using your administrator account credentials.
Navigate to the Booking Section
Select the specific category of elements you wish to set up with QR codes. This could include conference rooms, hot desks, offices, etc.
Click on the particular element that you want to associate with a QR code.
Click the QR code button located next to the X sign
Use your device's camera to scan the QR code that you intend to assign to this particular element.
