Supported Panasonic Analytics in Arcules
Cross Line - Sends an alarm when an object moving to the specified direction crosses the line. The alarm is used by Arcules to record video and alert security staff.
Direction - Monitors an area and sends an alarm when a moving object enters the area and moves to the specified direction. The alarm is used by Arcules to record video and alert security staff.
Intruder - Monitors an area and sends an alarm if a moving object enters the area. The alarm is used by Arcules to record video and alert security staff.
Loitering - Monitors an area and sends an alarm when a moving object enters the area and stays for a specified period. The alarm is used by Arcules to record video and alert security staff.
Object - Monitors an area and sends an alarm when an object (i.e. suspicious object) is left behind in the area or removed from the area. The alarm is used by Arcules to record video and alert security staff.
Scene Change - Sends an alarm when a camera is covered with something or the camera direction changed to shoot a different scene. The alarm is used by Arcules to record video and alert security staff.

Prerequisites
Access to Panasonic camera webpage
Access to the Panasonic camera you intend to use
Panasonic analytic software WV-SAE200 downloaded and installed on the device
*Only software package WV-SAE200 is supported in Arcules at this time.
Step 1: Configure the analytic directly in the camera webpage
See the Panasonic Operating Instructions - Extension Software guide for best practices on set up.
Step 2: Add the camera in Arcules and enable Camera Analytics
Refer to this guide for step by step instructions on adding a camera
Once the camera is added, click on the device and navigate to the ANALYTICS tab. Then, click + ADD ANALYTIC.

Select Panasonic i-VMD and click ADD.

Once this operation is complete you will see the analytics you configured in the camera webpage reflected in the Camera Analytics section.

Step 3: Set up Rules for handling alarms
Click the link button to set up a Rule for any people counter analytic.

Fill in the appropriate details for your rule and define who should receive the notification when an event triggers for the alarm. You can learn more about Rules in our Rules Article.
