Most Ardex clients don’t track which paddock each horse is in using Ardex, but the software can perform this function if you wish. For large stud farm and agistment properties, paddock lists and related reports in Ardex can be very important.
If you intend to assign horses to paddocks in Ardex, use the New button to add as many paddocks as needed. Each paddock needs to be associated with a Property (created via Main > People and Firms > View by: Role = Property). Then horses can be allocated to a paddock on Arrival, and moved between paddocks by recording the Movement procedure.
