Setup client categories for marketing and customer relationship management

If you wish, you may create a list of ‘user categories’ and assign horse owners in your database to categories. This is usually done to support marketing activities, the Mail Merge function in Ardex allows for sending of custom e-mail or print communications to all owners in a selected ‘User Category’.

Click New at top right to create a new category. 

To assign an owner to a category, go to Main > People & Firms then double click the owner, select the ‘Categories’ tab at left, and tick any relevant category on screen.
