🛠 Step-by-step: Posting a Job

1. Log into your employer account

Visit app.arenatalent.com and sign in with your employer or recruiter credentials.

2. Go to your dashboard

Click on “Jobs” in the left navigation bar, then hit the “Post a Job” button.

3. Fill out the job details

You’ll be asked to provide:

  • Job title

  • Company name & location

  • Employment type (Full-time, Freelance, Internship, etc.)

  • Experience level

  • Job description

  • Skills or tools required

  • Salary range (optional but encouraged)

  • Benefits (optional but encouraged)

You can also note whether the role is remote, hybrid, or on-site.

4. Indicate how to receive applicants

  • You can insert a link to your formal job listing on your careers site so that applicants apply through your normal process.

  • You can also host applications within Arena to review applicants in a more streamlined fashion with top applicants showing up first.

5. Review and publish

Double-check your listing for accuracy, then click “Post Job”. Your listing will go live immediately and appear in relevant search results and AI-powered talent matches.
