Looking for your next role in sports, media, or entertainment? Arena makes it easy to discover relevant opportunities and apply directly through the platform.
🔍 Step 1: Browse or search for jobs
From your dashboard, click on the “Jobs” tab.
Use filters to narrow your search by location, experience level, role type, company type, or industry.
You can also use the search bar to look for specific titles (e.g., “Social Media Manager” or “Partnerships Coordinator”).
🤖 Step 2: Get personalized recommendations (Arena Pro users only)
Arena uses AI to recommend jobs that align with your profile, skills, and goals. Simply click the button to "Generate match score" for any role on the platform to view your personalized match score.
📝 Step 3: Apply to a job
Click on a job posting to view the full description.
Hit the “Apply” button to submit your application.
Depending on the employer’s preferences, you may be prompted to:
Upload your resume
Answer a few short questions
Share a brief note or cover letter
Once submitted, your application is sent directly to the employer or hiring team.
✅ Step 4: Track your applications
Go to the “Application Tracker” tab in your dashboard to see:
Which jobs you’ve applied to
The status of each application (e.g., Reviewed, Interview)
You can also update the status yourself as you hear back from employers

Use keywords in your profile to align with the types of jobs you’re targeting.
Tailor your resume or note for roles you’re excited about.
Apply early—many employers review candidates on a rolling basis.
If you apply for the job on an external website, be sure to come back to Arena and indicate to us that you applied so we can add it to your Application Tracker.
