We’re committed to making your experience on Arena smooth, fast, and reliable. If you run into a bug, glitch, or technical issue, we want to know—so we can fix it as quickly as possible.


🐞 Common issues you might experience:

  • Pages not loading correctly

  • Broken buttons or links

  • Problems submitting a job application or job post

  • Error messages or unexpected behavior

  • Issues with search, filters, or messaging


🛠 How to report a bug or issue:

✅ Option 1: Use the in-app chat

  1. Click the chat icon (usually in the lower right corner) on any page

  2. Select “Report a Bug” or type your issue directly

  3. Include as much detail as possible:

    • What you were trying to do

    • What went wrong

    • Any error messages

    • The browser and device you're using (e.g., Chrome on MacBook)

    • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

✅ Option 2: Email us directly

Email support@arenatalent.com with your bug report. Please include:

  • A clear subject line (e.g., “Bug: Can’t submit job application”)

  • Description of the issue

  • Steps to reproduce it

  • Any attachments (screenshots, recordings)

Our team will:

  • Acknowledge your report within 1 business day

  • Investigate the issue

  • Provide a timeline for resolution or suggest a workaround if needed

  • Follow up when the issue is resolved
